    im so sorry! your perception of love was ruined at a young age and now you confuse feelings/ attraction with love & obsession. there's not really much to say except love is real, whether you have witnessed it or not. its gonna be okay. go get a therapist if you weren't already forced into therapy by the court...

    I know its hard to show affection and maybe even to receive it but trust me not everyone is out to get you. your brain will tell you others are lying to you when they aren't, your brain is lying to you. you most likely didn't hear the words "I love you" as much as you should have which causes you to cringe hearing or saying them, the thought of physical touch might make you uncomfortable but you need a hug...

    You were never loved properly. now that you're older you might think you don't deserve love, that is not true. stop seeking validation from people that will never give it to you. it is not your job to fix people, people pleasing will only hurt you more and more. you are allowed to say no.
