Help me with translations (HOW TO)

HI! If you decided to help me translate the game to your native language you're amazing .
The process is pretty simple. There are 2 things that need to be translated.
• How to translate the game
The game translation is stored in one text file, example of the actual English language that's used in DUO is here, example of Portuguese translation is here, so you can get the idea how the translation works. It can be openned in Notepad, but I prefer Sublime Text which would make the job much easier.
The goal is to translate all lines containing the '=' character (the right side of the line, after the '=' character) All other lines are just for me, to find stuff faster. Don't translate those.
Important! Please do not translate special code blocks, such as <color>, <size>, <b>, //, %1, %2, etc. You can move their position in the sentence (depends on the language), but you must not delete them/change them/make an empty space in them (< color>), but I'm sure you know that.
• How to translate the store description
The actual game description can be found on Google Play. link is here.
What I've tried was to use words UNO, and cards game more times, so the algorithm finds them as tags. It'd be nice if you used UNO, or cards game, more times in the translations, as it is used here.
Thanks to everyone who'd be willing to help me with this! =)
Completed translations so far: Slovak, Portuguese, Spanish(soon)
