Mobile-exclusive feature: pull-to-refresh in lobby list

Hi everyone!
The only method to refresh the lobby list for now is to return to main menu, then re-enter Join Game menu.
I think it's not an optimal method, and we can make the world better for everyone by just adding a feature: the pull-to-refresh!
While you are on the lobby list, you just have to pull down, and the list will refresh by itself, without the need to leave and re-enter again and again!
That's all!
