New Game mode

Now i have to give credit to Trj for thinking of these ideas... Its a new game mode called: Blackout
Here is an explanation of how it would basically work
"In the beginning the players will get their normal cards but there will be a new card (Blackout Card)." "When the new card is played the 'Lights' will go out and the cards will glow and display new numbers." "Now while its glowing there will still be the normal cards but also new ones too... the Eye card , Cross eye card , Fox card , Eagle card , and the Circle with A+ card."
Eye card : Allows you to see players cards for 3 turns
Cross eye card : Makes you immune to Eye card for 3 turns
Fox card : Allows u to change the color of the card and play again (basically able to play 2 times)
Eagle card : Allows you to steal a random card from a player
Circle with A+ card : Draw until u get the color of the A+ card
(In my opinion this game mode would be pretty cool and unique.)
